Same here, oceanic server connecting to US gives a big lag spike. Your world ping goes from 200 ish to few k. Must be becoz of *rump cutting the trans Pacific Internet connection ^_

So I noticed this started on Sunday, 22nd. Day before, was able to do EN and NH. Then when trying to do m+ runs, I noticed the lagspike. When soloing wq, no issues. It's only when grouping up with people. Still happened as of last night. Also, video streaming is impacted (Youtube, streaming on FB, sites etc.), buffers more than usual when before it would load almost completely and skipping wouldn't need time to load.

it has nothing to do with your local installation or client. it is the internet routing issue.

the only solution that i have found to be working is to use VPN, or service such as WTFast, Mudfish etc.

Yeah I noticed this morning ping is normal again on US realms. Maybe many people went home for CNY break and internet is less congested now
