I'm a real time driver. This is base on experience.
Current situation:

Grab - earns you more definitely.
Uber - driving for charity.

Here is an example:
Mr Awesome is a fat boy. He wanted to go to 7-11 to buy maggie to eat. He order Uber, ask the driver to come pick him up at the condo, Block C. When the driver reach below, and call him, then only he get down. The 7-11 is actually only 200 meter away. Fare is RM1.20. He paid RM2 and tell the driver keep the change. He is happy.

Mr Ahmad is the driver. When he received the ping, he was 5km away. He need to drive all the way and register to enter the condo and get RM2 (with tips some more) only in the end. And need to deduct 25% Uber fees.
So you tell me. In your opinion, Mr Ahmad is actually earning or doing charity?

You meant full time driver?
So you drive for both? If so which you earn better?

Above RM40+ per hour (before minus Grab commission). If after deducting 20% Grab money, it is RM30+ per hour.
