I read all the above information and sent to her an sms text (not Whatsapp) on 14th April 2017.
I introduced myself, expressed sympathy for her troubles and
basically asked her to advise on what she intends to do next.

I am owed 2 WinRar licences.

Till today, she has not replied to my text.

Now shall I proceed to open a dispute thread?
How to do that?
