hi TS, i've contacted you several times regarding sending over the COA to me.
Bought one Win10 Pro OEM from you on 7th Feb and till now haven't got the COA for it

I gave you few chances dy not wanting to post here but this is getting nowhere. everytime contacted you, you always say busy and outstation. It's been 4 times since i reminded you on it

Please contact me again later to settle the COA

Hi sir and everyone. Kindly whatsapp me via +60138630085 my new business number. I can hardly online because i have limited access to the internet. Anyway, if the key isnt working you just need to contact microsoft team using chat support (or direct call) and ask for a remote control. They will assist you FOC and activate the software on the spot. Im selling original product key with microsoft serial number so you will get a premium service by them. I already explained about my previous 013210 number being terminated by celcom because i dont want to pay the 25 days auto-roam bill worth almost RM3k. After my line is not active, Whatsapp were asking me to reactivate but i cannot get any sms code from the previous number. Thats why im asking every buyer that received the key via whatsapp to remind me because i have the license with your name on it but i dont have the exact details. I admit the problem came from my side and i do apologise, i just need time to adjust everything back. My buyer not from lyn.net only but from shop, lelong, mudah, digitalmall, sabah-sarawak and singapore. Hundreds of licensed stranded with me right now and i want to send them out. Like i said earlier, i dont have the details. You are telling me there is no Internet access since March 14. While I wait for your reply for days (frustrating really)---You expect me to solve this myself by contacting Microsoft? The key might have been used already, otherwise there is no reason it cannot work.

What about you as a seller take the responsibility and get this sorted out: Get the key you posted to me re-validate through Microsoft. How can a remote control on my brand new PC solve this. I re-installed Windows 10 Pro TWICE with both time it cannot activate. Btw I bought this key in late February and it's already near late March. A whole month of lack of reply and the reply I get is -- solve this myself.

1) I have the same issue with activation and I chat with Microsoft support. They said it is a Windows 8 Pro key and cannot use with windows 10 pro. So need to get installer for win 8 pro from Dell.

2) Meanwhile, I did not find the winrar installer or license info on the USB as described.

Question: Can I use this key XXXXXXXXXXX to do fresh reinstallation of windows 8.1 Pro rather than installing win 8 pro then upgrade to 8.1?

Answer: Upon checking the product key it is still valid and can be use for reinstalling your windows 8.1. By the way, you can actually do a clean installation of windows 8.1 using this key so that you won't need to install your windows 8 then update it to windows 8.1

Question: Confirm, straight to 8.1 pro?

Answer: Yes that is correct.

So hope the seller can send us the installation media for 8.1 pro at her cost... as the win 10 pro on usb cant be used with the provided key.
