Dude, didn't you check the reviews first? If it is, then chances are that you are too dumb to realize it.

But of course, if the reviews are good and you had this bad service, I would have said that maybe it's just a matter of luck or anything like that.

Just registered an 11street account this morning, they said if I register my phone number I will get a chance to draw a coupon. Didn't get the chance. Don't offer any voucher if you are too cheapskate.

I called up 3 times n wrote several emails asking abt why my buyer's grade for March is New since I've made a purchase on 27-Feb. Every time I got different answers for the same question. One said I did not make consecutive purchases for 3 months. A month that you skip will bring you back to zero. More ridiculously, another answered my email stating my buyer's grade is showing New because I did not make any purchases in the first 3 months after joining as 11street member. When I questioned them that not as per stated in your website/app, so when these will be updated. Their answer 'in progress'. Don't get cheated by them. Lazada has better to offer and they listen to customers..
