Dear k/, I want to set up a paypal account. May I know is it legal in Malaysia? When I was in a foreign country, I want to setup one, but don know how. So, I used debit card all these long. Can paypal be used in malaysia? Anyone mind providing me steps to create one? I have both maybank debit and credit card.

Been using it for years. You will need to verify your credit card when you register IIRC.

Use ur credit card or debit card with visa on it. |

paypal without register oso can use la..just key in ur card no then poof approved liao..
