I believe malaysia, being an emergence market still a place where u can afford a home...be it highrise or landed.

Many developing countries you can ill afford a roof over your head these days...

Read recently that hong kong developer will be launching 100sq super micro flat lioa.....really cant imagine to stay in this flat.

I must thank my grandfather to come to nanyang instead of taking an easier route to go hong kong.

And please dun say now is more difficult to buy than before...

Before salary even lower and banks were not that gangho to loan also...+ high interest rate...where got blr minus de last time.....all were blr plus....

Not really difficult lah..if you dun buy for investment or having multiple properties or overgeared on yr income and expenditures.

Of course last few yrs backs were too generous.
