I believe malaysia, being an emergence market still a place where u can afford a home...be it highrise or landed.
Many developing countries you can ill afford a roof over your head these days... Read recently that hong kong developer will be launching 100sq super micro flat lioa.....really cant imagine to stay in this flat. I must thank my grandfather to come to nanyang instead of taking an easier route to go hong kong. |

And please dun say now is more difficult to buy than before...
Before salary even lower and banks were not that gangho to loan also...+ high interest rate...where got blr minus de last time.....all were blr plus.... |
