Is there any apartment that is below RM200k not too far away from old klang road, kuchai lama (Max 15km away)?

I am ok with apartments that are sized at 700sf ++.

My only concern are most of the apartments look like a drug den , extremely under maintained.

Purpose of purchase is for own stay, ringgit preservation, and also as a first house
