Apparently I'm going for University next July
I'm not sure I wanna get an iPad for eBooks because battery life on my current Windows 10 tablet is max 5 hours on extreme minimum settings. [Acer Switch Alpha 12]

Unless I buy a battery bank that can charge my laptop, is unlikely I can survive the whole day with lectures.
It comes with a stylus that drain battery like water.

just get ipad air 2..more than enuf for ur usage..

The current lineup of iPads are already quite good. If you are not desperate to get one, you could wait for the newer iPads to launch. If not just get the iPad Pro 9.7 or the iPad Air 2 depending on your budget, both are very good tablets

If it is purely for iBooks, documents and PDF's, the iPad Air 2 is sufficient. Apple is rolling that iPad model for schools to be used solely for that.

Air 2. if got budget just go for iPad Pro

I was pondering whether I should wait for the new 10 inch ipad or go with current lineup.

I would say shop for a used but good condition iPad Air 2. The value has dropped tremendously. That way, when the new one is launched and you feel compelled to upgrade, you can do so with less heartache.

should i wait for march for them to announced the new ipad and the ipad air 2 will drop in price only get it? what do you guys think?

iPad can use quite long time, but better get iPad Pro instead of Air 2, coz Air 2 is 2014 device, quite aged

yea... thats why still thinking should i wait next month when they launched a new ipad only decide to grab it or not.

I just bought an ipad air 2 yesterday, well i just use it for web browsing and youtube.

So I don't need a high end ipad like the pro version.

Yalo, maybe on October only since iPad Pro 9.7 just announcing on March, 2016. Maybe I will consider this ... need check more on review 1st.
