QUOTE(zher4883 @ Feb 11 2017, 04:23 PM) If you're referring to RGX4400, I would say that router is much better than D-Link DIR-850L. Currently, TM provides TP-Link Archer C5, RGX4400 and DIR-850L. As far as I would say, all these 3 are rubbish if you had enough budget to get an okay aftermarket router. Call up TM and request a replacement for the router or just buy a aftermarket router. yeah was hoping to get Archer C5, but now using Asus N12HP, not too sure is it still relevant as its AC world nowadays.

They provide a new addition to the lineup which is Archer C1200.

Just an update. I managed to solve the problem. I've had a hunch for a while now that it was the IPV6 causing all of this. So I called TM up to ask them how to disable it, and this person kept on giving me instructions on how to ENABLE it. Anyway, managed to figure that part out myself, turned it off, and my phone has no issues now. Of course, this does not solve the underlying problem, but it will do for now.

QUOTE(a.d.d.i.c.t.e.d @ Feb 11 2017, 04:15 PM) haha i realised that and saw this after correcting it. I didnt know that it was the worst router they provided. But im pretty sure that this problem was there before the router was changed to DIR-850 I wont call it worse, yes some users may had bad experience with it. But, i'm, happy with it, you can can check my previous post on its range and performance

QUOTE(kenny79 @ Feb 11 2017, 07:43 PM) Hear from other forum tm is offering rm149 for those maxis user at 30mbps It is sort of a hint that maybe future installation for 30mbps will be at rm149 while 179 for 50mbps 🤔 But then suddenly the maxis ported guys be applicable for 50mbps free upgrade lol.
