I got internal info. Currently one department handle the upgrade process. If there are many complaints from the customer about delay in upgrade, they'll ask other TMPoint nationwide to assist them. So, should we complain?

Apparently they have technical issue for the upgrade, my unifi was planned for the upgrade in February but looks like they have issues for 50 to 100 upgrade. |
