They're still finalizing the execution process, the earliest this afternoon or probably later it'll be ready.

FREE upgrading have to be patient. When come to price increase, sure immediate effect. Lol

i got offer for hypptv jumbo pack (no speed increase)
TM sent me email access to jumbo will b available from Feb 2017 onwards untill a year.. yet not accessible to jumbo tv huhu

Depends on what model you currently use. If it supports the new speed, you're good to go. Otherwise they'll have to replace it

To all 100mbps subscribers, instead of adopting the "better than nothing" or "tak apa lah" attitude with what you're given, how about write to MCMC and bombard the hell out of TM's social space regarding the unfair treatment?

What's with all the "oh jumbo pack, at least better than nothing lah..." posts? Wake up. You're being raped in the butt also buat tak tau.
