once i connected 115.135 IP address cyberjaya server then my DL speed became stable.

yeah watching youtube also not smooth. i think TM server issue.

once u watch any vids, check the stats for nerds if can't get full speed mean something is wrong. mine should able to get 47xxx Kbps

Yeah, just did. I chose their option 1, changing equipment at no cost but renew contract for another 2 years. Not sure if this is a wise choice, but no other HSBB options for me anyway.

unifi today off totally blackout and when i call they said to me the service is down until 31 of march !!!!!!!!!! are they crazy how i suppose to stay with no Internet for a month while paying for it
