Im currently on Adv 30Mbps. When I check TM Suprise just now, they only give me either Jumbo pack or Webe. I immediately call 100. They unable to change the TM Suprise although I stay at landed property. Hu2.
Installed the unifi two weeks ago and the contractor said my area support upto 100Mbps. FTTH anyway. So sad. |

well newly installed customer get their "Surprised" ... jumbo pack or Webe... i'm so
"surprised" BTW my house also landed new taman. and guess the update wont come so soon.... |

Installed my Unifi 50mbps in late Jan 2017. Tried check the Unifi surprise before and msg prompted to check back on 1 March. Just check again - and msg prompted upgrade will be done from Feb 2017.

I'm newly installed UniFi too, check the surprised page, they offer me Webe or jumbo pack too! damn it.. where is the free speed upgrade? *angry*

last time i called cs > revert to sales department and they said NEVER heard of 159 for 30mbps plan... die die also deny at all cost, |
