My Unifi contract now shows 2yrs. Before upgrade it was 1yr. Went from 30 to 50mbps. Signed up for unifi on december 2016.

mine also 2 years but signed on Nov 2016.

When u register on thank you surprise did u receive email that u are eligible for upgrade plus sms

did u record the whole conversation? remember to ask the person name & details for future reference.

It took me 2 months to get unifi ready after TM setup the fiber distribution box.
Let's hope you will get update in before end of Feb 2017.


What did you get from the TM thank you surprise page?
Mine is from VIP10 to ADV30 and received confirmation via email/sms, still waiting for them to update though.

if u are paying RM149 for VIP10, you will not get upgraded
i've lodge a complain with MCMC just for the sake of it, TM just closed it and asked me to wait for promo in the future
and i hv no intention of accepting any one of the 2 useless offers
