Unifi has been stupidly slow in Subang Jaya area lately. Can't gaming, kodi, youtube etc.

for those using tplink archer c7 v2 with firmware date 160516 need to disable hardware NAT , if not u will have unstable speed capping. 60Mbps - 80 Mbps. thw firmware for hypptv NAT enable its working but effecting internet spped.

Anyone having problem with accessing facebook? when I use my mobile network to access facebook no problem, but when connect wifi which is unifi, super slow access facebook, cant load at all. restart modem/router few times still same, but other website is normal

Anyone from Kelana Jaya got problem accessing Facebook? Everything else is okay. Using data accessing Facebook also got no problem. Using Unifi Biz 100mbps.

Hi all sifu, I'm a new subscriber to unifi and I'm subscribing to 50m package. I just received a call from TM said that the free speed upgrade promo for new subscriber only valid for 30m free upgrade to 50m, while 50m free upgrade to 100m only eligible for existing subscriber. Please advice if this is true. Thanks.
