On 17 February 2007,i banked in RM2003 to Chong Tze Seong's account for USD601.50. I requested that USD 450 to be transfered to my account where the balance to pay to a seller i bought my stuff.

On 22 February i received an email from Paypal telling that the USD450 Chong Tze Seong sent to me was temporary held and they want to do an investigation. I SMS him explaining about this and asking him either to refund back my money (RM) or re-sent back the USD450 cause i need that fund to pay for my supplier but he refused and told me that he will only refund back to me IF paypal refund back his money.

So what if Paypal didn't refund back to him? Is it my fault? I don't think is my fault and so i SMS him again few times to follow-up with the status and later he got rude. So, i left a post at his thread and he send me the following SMS (which i still keep it as evidence)

25-02-2007 (6.04PM) pls edit the post on my thread, if not i wont refund after paypal investigation. pls b patient.

Then i got a little bit pissed off cause he was threatening me which i don't like. Then i received a sms again just now

i think kingkiller bought the paypal from Chong Tze Seong on the internet. sorry to say, Chong Tze Seong is a suspicious person linked to scammer.

hmm.. this is weird. I bought from kingkiller before. Although the amount is not that big, around US50+ last time, but the transaction was smooth, the service was good. I wonder what happened to him. i was about to request for another paypal transfer from him cos my fren bought something online and need paypal funds. Hope he can clear matters up :?

Me too. guess i'm lucky as well. bought few times from him.

One thing though, I noticed he'd transfer funds to me from different Paypal accounts for each transaction. But I didn't query him on it..

IIRC, kingkiller sold more than few thousands paypal in about two months or so

maybe kingkiller is acting as a paypal trader/middlemen, buying funds from other genuine sellers and selling it here? its a pity kingkiller no longer post here to explain or defend anything. if really 3rd party scam, it'll drag other innocent paypal account into this mess too
