When will the @Maxis home fiber member will be getting our free upgrade? TM has already started their free upgrade.

Maxis already revise they package late last year. Don't think there'll be further upgrades in the near future.

called customer service and confirmed the Malaysia Budget 2017 is for TM only.
so Maxis no plan to double up the speed and reduce the price 50%

and I posted comment on Maxis FB page, they removed it without response.

time to change.

Maxis will eventually upgrade. How would they sell their package if its more expensive than Unifi?

then back to normal ...

so now they play the wait and see game ...

konon pretend to be last to revise their rates .

Perhaps, you may wish to lodge a complaint at https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ that Maxis is not responding to Malaysia budget 2017 announcement made by our prime minister.

Done this..they closed the report within 2 weeks without upgrading...i reopen back the case..give them pressure...

I'm also on RM118 plan & didn't receive the upgrade offer.
To me, it's not worth if the 600min free call to maxis mobile & 200min free IDD call to 10 countries are not retained.
