I am doing a small research on Italian cuisine, and would like to try some authentic (if possible) Italian food in KL

Prego in The Westin Kuala Lumpur, it's halal but a bit pricey.

La Risata is a favourite with us. They have a 2 or 3 outlets I think.
Price is reasonable for the tasty food. Although I'm not sure if they are very authentic.

Not sure which outlet better because we usually go the one in Ampang because it is closer.

Recommended dishes: Anchovy Pizza, Seafood Soup (zuppa di pesce), Salmon Ravioli, Squid Ink Spaghetti

'authentic' italian food like those found in italy tend to have lighter taste than those found here.

chefs here adjust their taste to suit our taste palate as we asians tend to lean towards heavier flavours.
