Blend 12 (I dunno what to call sticks or strands) long beans (kacang panjang) and 2 red tomatoes. Drink the blend and repeat every day for a week. After that, check your blood level with doc. You might feel a bit windy (you'll be passing winds but please bear with it for the treatment) and sometimes dizzy a bit (reduce intake if dizziness persist). Reduce the amount of rice you eat and drink plain water all the time. Avoid sugary drinks. Hope this remedy could help you deal with your blood sugar level.

This works for me and did miracle that my blood sugar was brought down to normal level. Even the doctor was surprised my blood sugar level turned normal after a week. Understand that what works for me may not work for you but there's no harm trying. It's just remedy based on vegetables. Fasting blood sugar test showed reading above 7 before I start the remedy if I still remember correctly. I ran the test for the employment medical check-up. After a week of repeat checkup to to confirm, my blood sugar level went down to normal level but I don't remember the exact figure. Might need to ask the recruiter for the letter from the doctor to get the exact figure.
