QUOTE(Ckmwpy0370 @ Jul 13 2017, 09:56 AM) Bro bro, there are only 2 ppl in my house and I already make sure no background downloading during speed testUsually Unifi give some provision speed, which you can reach 50mbps and above if you are only one use it. However, if you have 50mbps unifi, doesn't means that you will get full download 50mbps as your speed download will shared by 7 nodes at least. it means your 50mbps will shared by 7 (concurrently full), you will get 7mbps download Thats no yet count in attenuation pls understand this for 50Mbps, i expect the speed test is at least more than 30Mbps la, if not what is the point of the free upgrade? before upgrade, i can get up to 20+Mbps for 30Mbps package, now upgrade to 50Mbps, still get about 20Mbps speed, does not make sense i already complaint to tm, they said they detect frequent disconnect issue with my unifi according to them, they need to rectify this problem 1st before the speed problem |

QUOTE(kunimi @ Jul 13 2017, 04:07 PM) There is a difference between bit and byte right? yala, tm unifi speed is 50Mbps50Mbps should be divided by 8 50Mega bit = 6.25 mega byte per second. Correct me if I am wrong. LOL when u do speed test, it tell you the download n upload speed in Mbps i m not talking about MBps |
