TM is balls tbh; back in December 2016, I had already checked that my house can be "subscribed" for Unifi PRO 100, so I can't understand why I need to wait from Jan to June for them just to uncap the speeds.
If it's equipment factors, they should send their technicians to change the BTU (and/or router) yes?
If I opted for a paid subscription to 100, the upgrade will be done pretty much immediate (a max upto a week incase BTU / router needs upgrade).
Let me know about any successful complaints to MCMC - I will also look into this since I'm not going to be waiting until June for an eligibility upgrade since it was announced by Jibby in Bajet 2017 & not some discretionary upgrade that I need to adhere to.
