I got the same problem as you, my house is sandwiched between two Unifi zones and I'm still unable to upgrade to any plans that is above 4mbpsNow have to lived with it.

Unifi: No demands in ur area...
This is the kind of problem when living in a taman that's mostly old people...when they doesn't have demand for internet access....
