Heya Peeps..
Just the call last week and set appointment today for today. Upgrade from 50 to 100. This morning some fella called saying to upgrade my services said actually they dont actually have to come just upgrade from so place and i just need to restart. I told him okay but what about the wifi router then that mumbled something and said will get back to me.

An hour later got a SMS from telekom saying the technician will come at 2:30PM. Nobody here and speed still the same. Will update again later.... Took 1/2 day leave hope it gets sorted.

-- UPDATE --
The technician called, all was needed was to off the fiber box and wifi router for 2 mins and then restart. Which he then asked me to call him back after I did the speedtest after the 2 mins off.

3 Minutes later I have called him back and I got 102.78 Download and 49.73 Upload. I asked on the WIFI router device if there was any provided. He says it's just a speed update and no devices are provided. So there end the Free Speed bump update from TM.

Hello everyone,
Wanted to update on my Unifi 50 to Unifi 100 upgrade. As i have said that I didn't get a wireless router from the upgrade. But after explaining it to the TM Connect support page 3 days later I got a call and they deliver it to me. Totally impressed. The unit they have provided is a D-Link DIR-850L AC1200. Cheers
