Mahkota Cheras & Sungai Long still no free upgrade yet. I checked with around 15 ppl around here. For landed, not sure about condos. 100 now says September for me.

Anyone from these areas, is it the same for you?

Finally got my 30-50mbps TQ surprise upgrade. No MCMC required.

I've been checking once a month since May. Always they reply upgrade will be done current month+1. Last answer was September. My area is Sungai Long.

Wed 27th: Called to check again but the GRO said system down so cannot check. I didn't know at that time but a ticket was raised.
Thurs 28th: I called again and was told an order was already raised to upgrade the speed. OK whatever.
Fri 29th 12:05am: PPPoE disconnected and reconnected by itself. That's happens. I didn't notice it at that time.
Fri 29th 8:30am: Received SMS that my plan has been updated. Went to Unifi.com.my to check and true enough that it has been upgraded to 50mbps. speedtest.tm.com.my confirms likewise. No restart needed.

So those in Sg Long, can start calling TM.
