I did also file a complaint to MCMC since I'm waiting it since I got to know I'm eligible since January and I have proven to MCMC I had follow up cases on April and also the next following month but then saying is on July, after whole July is end but still no agreement done and keep delay and I'm paying much more than the current Unifi Lite 10mbps price. 

Then I got the same reply saying on September 2017 on the next day, then I didn't bother to reply. Today got another email saying:

I wonder what is this about? Doing a quick search on the net, dont seems to find any details about this Plan A (Promo) plan.
