Upgraded yesterday...
VIP5 -> UNIFI Lite 10Mbps

Unifi lite 10Mbps is asymmetrical 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. I'm pretty sure VIP5 users are upgraded to Unifi10 which comes with symmetrical speed 10Mbps both way.

Yesterday i call up to 100 TM ask about existing VIP5 success upgrade to package UniFi Lite 10Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017) , they mention IPTV (hyppTV) will free for one year only(next year add-on RM20) and phone call local is 6000 min.

Who can confirm this is true or not? If yes, that is not call upgrade!!!!!

Can you do a speedtest to check your up/down speeds?

UNIFI LITE 10 MBPS sure is download 10MBPS , upload 5 MBPS. Tested.

VIP5 suppose to upgrade to Unifi10 (not Unifi Lite 10).
HyppTv and free phone calls to TM numbers remain.

If need to add RM20 for HyppTv, then might as well tell us earlier so that we can subscribe to Advance30 at RM179 and get free upgrade to Advance50 with HyppTv.

It is stated very clearly that the free upgrade path for VIP5 users is to Unifi 10, NOT Unifi Lite 10.

Here is the proof. I am also a VIP5 user who received the upgrade notification in January 2017.

I got one friend on VIP5. Not yet upgraded but have already inform him about this thread. Let's see what he gets.

OCC unifi state very clear to UNIFI LITE 10 MBPS

My VIP5 has switched to unifi lite 10 few days ago. 10mbps download and 5mbps upload.

I checked my account online and found that I am given hyptv Ruby add on. I tried to removed it but the system does not allow me to do it. I have yet to turn on my TV box to check if Ruby channel does really appear in my hyptv though.

How to check it is Ruby in your account or not?

argh.... unifi 30... still no upgrade.

Same here and I think for everybody in Sungai Long. TM laying cables here maybe to upgrade the capacity before turning the horses loose. Nice of them to be proactive.
