until now cant get the free speed upgrade.

What im hoping for tm suprise for streamyx users is

- free upgrade unifi lite (very unlikely)
- different/cheaper cost unifi lite rather than RM149 for new registering users.

can try pray hard

still no update for streamyx user?

Lol, if it's cheaper than RM140 then Streamyx users not getting it will rage, unless TM lower the prices of other packages which is even more unlikely to happen.

I keep getting "Your UniFi will be upgraded from March 2017 onwards"... Until today still 30mbps. Where is my 50mbps!?

I get the same message. I also ask Live Chat. It's coming in July! So excited. Can't wait. Already set reminder for 31/7. Hope it's not delayed.

Hahaha, as expected, TM wants to shut us up with this type of reply.
If they say from March till July, people will call them every month to bug them.
Now they said in July, you guys will have to wait until end of July to bug them again.
And if they upgrade your speed in June, you will praise them for an early upgrade.

Anyway, this will be my answer if I am the CS facing this question.

no use la...

upgraded to 50Mbps but always "logged out" and have to restart sometimes 3 times per night.. already changed modem 3 time.

also, the line is damn slow around 12 am until 7 am.

Untunglah dapat free upgrade. Streamyx never get upgraded for free it seems.

2 of my friends got upgraded today, 30-50mbps. 1 in Taman Seputeh and 1 in Taman Wawasan, Ampang. Mine is coming in July!

Actually is a simple upgrade, last time paid to upgrade will take like 2- days. TM not willing to give free upgrade.
