I think that is not to worry. if need be, TM will change for you. but if you already buy a better router, then just forget about TM's one.

Ytd got sms from telecom inform me my area maintaince from 12am to 6am initialy i though it was a upgrade but then today got another sms stating my oder id done n later receive email informing me i subscribe to hypp iptv promo plan A. Call up 100 n the official told me its a package after your speed upgrade. I was surprise n ask her to repeat about my speed upgrade n say ya your speed being upgrade from 10m to 30m. As of today i believe i am suppose to be 1st one upgrade from 10 to 30

few days ago i got message from tm saying my upgrade is done. I just need to turn off my router for 10 min and then will get new speed.

What I did is just disconnect and reconnect. Then get new speed. Yeah!!!

I just checked with TM....they told me the offer for free upgrade ended at 28 Feb. So no free speed upgrade for me.

Technician will come install tomorrow. Guess i will have to stick to 30mbps

If they pull that crap with me next month, I will reject the installation.

For my second house.
The installation will be done from April to June.
The agent promised me that 30Mbps will be upgraded to 50Mbps for free in June.

Hopefully they will keep their promise. As for streamyx, I also hope to get some good news because tomorrow is April already.

Dont expect tm can come out with final answer towards unif**k & shitmyx free upgrade. Im getting 'tai chi' answer from their cs be it at their tm point or online.

But looks like there is still hope for Unifi, unlike streamyx which doesn't seem to have any upgrade til now.

Feels cheated by TM.
They offer and heavily advertise their free speed upgrade. So i registered before december.

And their "surprise" is that i do not get free speed upgrade. i get Hypttv jumbo pack. WTH, i do not even have a TV, what use is this!!
Cheated me by making me register before December 2016. Then extend their promo period. Then now do not follow their word.
They say due to technical capability issue.

Whatever la... cheat people is cheating people. Terms and conditions save u from the customer. I will never believe in any TM promo unless i get what is promised upfront.

I got the upgrade from 10 to 30 mbps. When i registered in Dec 2016 for the tm surprise it was mentioned no contract extension. But when i got the email notification about he upgrade it mention contract: unifi 24 months. WTF?
