I am on Streamyx 4Mbps.
The surprise I get is webemobile Plan at RM79/month RM10 off from TM bill.
What a load of rubbish offer from TM.
They didn't even offer free upgrade to 8Mbps which my line is capable as I have confirmed with them some time ago.
How to I make a complain to them to get the free 8Mbps upgrade ?
Anyone with Streamyx 4Mbps got a free upgrade to 8Mbps with the surprise package?

From the start there is no mention of free speed upgrade for streamyx at all. Nothing to be surprised about.

The only thing stated by TM during the budget 2017 is to offer new package to existing streamyx users which again it is not free speed upgrade again but just simply a unifi10 package.

so unfortunately u are one of the potential streamyx customers that can take advantage of the new package.

tm last year already stated only certaij no of the entire streamyx customers group can get the new package. Basically they are those who are under coverage but have yet to upgrade to unifi.

unifi20(staff package), been using unifi for years. Last time asked unifi got 30mbps for staff package or not, they say dont have. And now, the surprise I got either Webe or Hypptv jumbo pack. No speed upgrade.

unifi 30 shall get free speed upgrade as well based on the tnc campaign.

Based on TM efficiency, must be December this year.

i highly doubt that all highrise support 50mbps

the shit quality copper lay by developer can make this 50mbps real? your sis must be dreaming and playing farmville while working

they said i should get from 10 to 30 , but till now also didnt get yet ? how long must wait , passed 25th january d.

it still subject to "availability" as in their "small fineprint" .. some users got free upgrade to 50Mbps..but tm told him only 30Mbps max at his area.

Well, so much for my suprise. I'm a VIP5 customer who got upgraded to VIP10 (no extra payment). I was hoping to find that I'd get upgraded to VIP30, but instead I got these crap surprises. The thing is, a few weeks ago before I knew about these so-called surprises, someone from TM called and asked if I wanted to upgrade to vip30 by paying RM10 more a month (my monthly bill is current about RM158). I refused, since I expected to be upgraded based on PM's announcement, and felt (and still feel) that TM was trying to make money on us again. But because they have so many promotions and packages, everyone seems to be on different packages and pricepoint. For me, RM158 for 10 is not worth it since I can get lower from other providers Sigh...why aren't you at my place, timedotcom!!.

Anyway, i'm seriously contemplating terminating my Unifi and going elsewhere. But wanna find out... for those of you who've been upgraded to vip30, what are you paying monthly?
