What kind of high rise are we talking about here? I'm from a kampung, so I'm not familiar with urban locations. It seems that a lot of Streamyx users are from rural areas. I've been using my slowpoke Streamyx for almost two decades now, still stuck at 4 MB, with no option of upgrading to 8 MB.
