i got the sms getting the upgrade, but the speed mcm same, around 20mb , i got upgrade to 50mb , mcm kena scam i feel, bodo unifi but ive no choice

already called tm to complain, the silver modem (brand is innokom or something like that) . that modem cant support 50mb? whats the chance they will replace the modem for me haha

Bro did u call them and complain? I complained and I got a new modem, now my speed can reach 50mb , the silver box modem can't reach 30mbs

they gave me the new modem black color (asus archer i think), totally suck balls, wifi very poor
