Went to TM Point in July and the staff went to search my unifi account in their database. It showed that my upgrade would be scheduled in September 2017. I thought there was hope, just worried that it would be 30 September instead of 1 September. Guess what? 4 October still no upgrade HAHAHAHA and you should be receiving an sms regarding the upgrade 1 week prior to it. Will blindly upgrade to 500mbps as soon as Time Fibre reaches here.
