Last 2 week tm called me and offered me UniFi Advance 30Mbps + Jumbo by adding rm10 from rm149 to rm159,

u forgot to include. all unifi subscribers get speed upgrade but limited to technical limitation

hence, not all unifi will get the free speed upgrade.

the most value upgrade will be the 10 to 30 one...3 times the speed

i just called TM

so the situation is

whoever is on VIP10 will be upgraded to Adv30.

lets not talk about "yea,unfair,haram, that VIP 5 user got upgraded twice"

prior to the budget annoucement if you is on VIP10 then it shall become adv30, if you are on VIP5 it will become VIP10. that simple.

So are we getting the upgrade or not?? mine VIP20 and paying RM230++ a month (few more months before contract finish).. the gifts given either hypp jumbo or WEBE ... no speed upgrade ..

BS lar TM ... technical limitation my a*s .. can we all post somethg at PM fb or tweeter .. complaint to him directly...
