This is what I got from TM:

Referring to your report xxx pertaining to the free speed upgrade issue, we appreciate if you may visit our website to check the status or the surprise after 25th Jan .You may visit the following link:
https://www.tm.com.my/thankyousurprise/

Moreover, the upgrading process will started on February 2017 until June 2017.

The package will be upgrade as per below:

VIP5 to VIP10
VIP10 to Unifi Advanced 30
VIP20 to Unifi Advance 50
Unifi Advanced 30 to Unifi Advance 50
Unifi Advance 50 to Unifi Pro Plan 100

1. Can customer request to change the ‘Thank You Surprise’?
Customer can choose among the surprise offers as indicated in the website. Customer will need to make their choice by 15th April 2017.
