This landlord is stingy. My agent told he didnt return the deposit to his previous tenant. I worried he going to do the same to me as i will vacant the house once my tenancy agreement end.

So, i need to know is there any biro aduan/ngo/organisation thar i can complaint to get back my deposits.

Or what is the best solutions to handle my situation.
