The size of the chest is measure one side or one round ?

Hi, thanks for your interest in this. Per title, all the clothes are pre-order and will usually reach the buyer within 1 week's time after payment is received. The material for the polkadot dress is cotton. As for the size, buyers will take 73cm for 3m-6m age, however you may want to get a bigger size if you are afraid that it might not fit so well as every baby is different.
