2 thick wires [L, N] to new db
then start organizing . all upstair points goes to new db. aircon/wheater/plug /light etc. downstair db control all the downstair point [oven/wmachine/aircon/plug /fridge/light/alarm/ autogate etc] |

When you doing new DB, mean the whole thing will going to re-wire to the new DB for 1st floor, i think not only black. By that, you not really need to hack out the old wire which is actually nearly impossible because you not really know how the wire run in the last time, what you need to do is directly pull new wire
