GoW online tournament
How many days has it been? How many battles in and out of the Locust Horde? To stay sane in battle you have to keep your eye on the ultimate goal. In this case, a trip for you and a guest to Prague, Czech Republic.
Show the rest of the world exactly how good you have become. Sign up between March 29th and April 29th to compete on Xbox LIVE(R) against some of the best Gears of War(R) gamers in the world. You will participate in 3 vs. 3 or 4 vs. 4 ranked matches for four intense weeks of leaderboard play.

The Gears of War Global Xbox Live Tournament is comprised of a series of separate National Gears of War Xbox Live Tournaments (each known as a "National Tournament") throughout approximately 24 countries. However, in order to be eligible to win a Grand Prize, you must rank in the top eleven (11) on the Warzone Leaderboard (as defined below) regardless of the National Tournament you participate in or the country where you reside. The top eleven (11) winners (each known as a "Grand Prize Winner") will each receive an invitation to compete against each other in the 2007 Gears of War Xbox Live Tournament Grand Final ("Grand Final") in Prague, Czech Republic to determine one (1) overall champion. However, no prizes will be awarded in the Grand Final.
These Official Rules govern the National Tournament for Singapore citizen and permanent residents ("Singapore Tournament"). The Singapore Tournament begins on or about 8:01 a.m. local time April 9, 2007 and ends at 7:59 a.m. local time May 7, 2007 ("Tournament Period").

So, is this technically mean for Malaysians, you can go to Prague if you end up in top 11 of Warzone Leaderboard, but can't compete in any National Tournament?
