first time try shopback via lazada mobile
why got "this site can't be reached" error ehh? (i use chrome)
what to do?

when use shopback, do i need to add in cart after login from shopback
or i can add everything in cart beforehand, then straightaway pay after login from shopback?

how long should i wait for the refund, before i email and scold lazada?

ordered quite a few things 3 weeks ago
most of it shipped from overseas, all but one arrived within 10 days of payment
final delivery date is tomorrow, with one shipment still pending
out of the blue, lazada sent out an email that ALL orders are already delivered
my blood immediately gone upstairs!
logged in to lazada, it turns out they quietly cancelled that one order that still pending, then notified me that all orders already delivered
