last sunday i called lazada to report that i received email for store credit but my item already sampai. lazada said the china item sampai out of given date (1 day late) so they assume its a refund

so technically if this happens to any of u guys, the courier is suppose to absorb the damage as lazada will penalise the courier. the refund is yours to keep

but

but lazada CS asked whether i want to keep the item or send back. if send back then can use store credit, if not then technically the store credit it not ours to keep

the SC was surprised when i said i want to cancel the store credit. he said thanks again and again

but mainly to me, i just feel like its wrong and wanna build good reputation so that later if got case big case, thy will give better sorry vouchers. haha
