Anyone know if LEX (Lazada Express) is their own logistical company or also 3rd party? If I am unavailable during delivery, which office should I go to collect?

Question about buying big electrical appliances (fridge, washing machine, etc). If I live in a condo, do they at least deliver the item to my door step or they will expect me to pick up from the guard house?

Thanks for the feedback. I am thinking to get washing machine, fridge and aircond. The first 2 probably can get thru lazada/11street/gem5, but aircond probably from elec shop since that involves installation
