I just wondered something,
why is it on our local online shops, the reviews are always about the delivery or packaging and not about the actual product?

If the price more than RM600,  buy it from AliExpress.  Last time I check only 150USD. Make sure to buy from reputable seller.  Most install Global Rom so no issue except warranty

I yesterday had chocolates sent to my Valentine partner. Then the KitKat sudah melt upon received, so immediately put into fridge.
Informed CS Lazada, they wanted me to take photo of the chocolate, I replied that it's in the fridge now. Should I waited for the chocolate to melt before proceed to take photo? Then what about some chocolate eaten? Need to go X-Ray in Clinic to take photo too ma? 

UPDATED - Lazada wants me to return melted chocolate and rotten flowers. Then only can proceed refund.      I kenot brain.

Requirements for a valid return:

3. Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met.
