Most of my shopback cashback rejected because use voucher codes not approved by Shopback. So if i want to use those codes from lalalaxx i not entitled for cashback anymore?

After few months waiting, quite a lot my shopback cashback get rejected. I asked Shopback, they say Lazada rejected it bcoz i use others promo code. So Shopback CS said only can use codes posted at Shopback will qualify for cashback (Shopback so seldom got Lazada voucher codes LOL), all bank codes, caltex , etc not entitle for cashback. Anyone same experience with me can clarify?
