 Hotlink bad practices, Totally unprofessional

I want to port out to Umobile,

So I submit my request and get a SMS from Hotlink to reply YES before 3pm. I do it right away and then get another SMS that my request was approved.


and then I get a message that my request was rejected.

Apparently, they gave a deactivation status at 14:30 to my line and now I need to top up and submit request again, even though it says line is active. Instead of porting me out, they now want me to top up and waste my time waiting for them to do it again, which they will take forever and wait until it expires one more time.

What a bad company. Will for sure tell everyone I know to never use any Maxis product. Overpriced and worst customer service!
