665 coins and counting. All hats and outfits unlocked. All Capture List complete. All "Kingdoms" unlocked, including the two harder Kingdom after the story ending. The moon pipes on the Dark Side Kingdom is seriously testing my patience and player skills. The Darker Side Kingdom however, is brutal with no checkpoint.

Still need to unlock 2 more audio tracks from the Music List, only got 80 out of 82. All Musical Toads done. All Sphynx levels done. All Hint Art power moons done. All Portrait Warp Levels done, .....which if done in turn, allows you to travel to all the kingdoms without using Odyssey......minus the Moon Kingdoms and beyond.

ADDENDUM: Read a lot of "complaints" about the game being too easy. Once story mode is done for and those moon pipes opens up, you'll stop whining about it being easy. If that still doesn't faze you, the last two secret kingdoms will f**k you up real good. By the time you got into these kingdoms, you will need to master every backflip-to-hat-toss-dive jumps you can to save your life (or 10 coins). tongue.gif Think of the earlier parts of the game as the game appealing to kids and newbies, to pull them in. Once they're "in", the game slowly ramps up in difficulty and skill mastery.

After watching a couple of "YouTubers" sponsored by Nintendo with a copy of the Super Mario Odyssey game (because their collective subscribers numbers in the millions means fat juicy $$$ monetization ad moneh for Nintendo!), I can safely conclude that modern games has dulled their creativity senses to the point that they're don't get it or OVERTHINKING it when the solution is as SIMPLE AS IT F**KING GETS.

That's what shitty games like COD and Battlefield, and multiplayer games like Overwatch, PUBG and CS:GO does to you: you lose your sense of creativity in solving puzzles/overcoming endgame bosses, because the solution to every single one of these games is "just shoot everyone and survive", and these morons cant function outside of that mantra. When presented with anything slightly more complicated than that, they either blank out and loses the SIMPLEST boss fights, or OVERTHINKING what they should do to beat it, and when they can't beat it? "This game sucks!" is the first thing that comes out of their over-privileged mouths.

Pffffffttt, ...... MILLENNIALS.

To those who "complains" how easy the game is, do the game these way. The game is easy as you want it to be, and as skillfull as you want it to be as well.

Done. 100% everything. All moon missions done, extra moons purchased to max out Odyssey's tank at 999 Moons. Unlocks additional harder boss battle stages from story mode.

100% everything. Maximum moonage at 999 moons. There are 883 moon missions, the rest are purchasable in bulk at 10 moons per purchase, once you finished story mode. Complete all moon missions unlocks the Bowser portrait at the Wedding Hall, basically a tougher version of the regular final stage in story mode. Maximum 999 moon, travel back to Mushroom Kingdom, go to the castle for fireworks animation, ala the classic 8-bit Mario games, and Peach's Castle now wears a top hat. tongue.gif

Entire cast says hi. wink.gif

Last 4 moons are from 3,4,7 and 8 from the Dark Side Kingdom. 3 and 4 from the level where you're chased by Bullet Bills from all sides and on the way back, by two giant Banzai Bills. 7 and 8 is basically that "riding scooter on skyscraper", except the road in the sky now has a timer and disappears underneath you if you make even a single mistake. Scary! [/spoiler]

Timer says more than 100 hours to complete my 100% run. Completed Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in 100 hours as well, and Zelda BOTW timer stands at 130 hours, and I didn't bother collecting all the Korok seeds, and some of the upgrades to the armor outfits, the rest are 100%.

I finished that dreaded last moon level offline, coz I was having trouble getting to that moon, and don't wanna record myself doing it over and over again. I actually started with 9900+ gold coins and after getting that last moon, I ended with 5440. With 10 coins per death, you can calculate how many times I died trying to get this last moon.tongue.gif Also, there's a section in the middle of this livestream video that I had to grind back the coins I lost by dying, because I needed another 99 moons to purchase from the shop to get to 999 moons maximum. You can skip that by fast forwarding through that section of the video. tongue.gif And finally, ..... we need to end a Mario game with a dance-off at New Donk City with that swanky band at City Hall. wink.gif

I was bored after finishing up the game, so I took up GameXplain's challenge to do the "Impossible Jump" into Metro Kingdom without using the spark pylon.

Here's how I did mine. There's multiple variations on how to do this. Launch with a roll, triple jumps to build up speed to launch. My version uses airdive immediately to long jump instead.

Apparently the Sphynx isn't done with the questions at the absolute final level. Good reward though. About 1000 coins IIANM.

Was bored after 100%-ing the game and found this shortcut. The absolute last, final level in the game, with skip/shortcut to avoid 4 stages in the level. If you die in this level, restart back all the way from the beginning. Spoiler warning for those still in progress.
