If you need more spare batteries, Fotokem and Foto Shangrila sometimes have good offers...I once saw ori npbx1 at fotokem for RM88 including gst during a PWP promo.

For drone-mounted cameras, I use Octopus npbx1 compatibles (available at lelong.com.my). They work just as long and as well as the original with 2 caveats: Remaining batt life is not displayed on camera screen, and they cannot be charged using the official sony charger. Octopus batts are cheap, and thus help minimize loss if a drone goes MIA.

That's unusual! It should have come in a sealed blister pack, along with a plastic box to contain the npbx1. The last two ori batts I bought came in sealed blister packaging.

Hopefully yr battery is original, new and unused. Maybe the seller opened it up to ensure that the batter was in good working order, before shipping it. *bersangka baik*

Checked the hologram yet? This won't tell u if the batt is new and unused, but it does give some assurance of authenticity.
