Why installed steam on Mac? Play those free games? Our Mac can handle them well with Intel graphics?

Need some help with Mac Mail apps and Microsoft Excel.
I having problem when create a table with excel file but tried to copy the whole table to Apple mail compose email, all the table gone. Anyway to copy the whole table (Include formula if better) to mail app? Thanks |

Need help, I have my iphone iCloud sync with my MacBook Pro 256GB. Problem now is all the photos especially video which took too much of the space.
1) How can I keep movies only on iCloud without sync to my Photos app yet I can view them when needed via photos app and stream via iCloud? |

Do you guys turn off the laptop before put into backpack? Is it advice to turn off? I always close the screen and left it inside backpack till next day open up.
