You can try Skin Plus Malaysia. Look them up on Facebook. Their outlet is located in Ikano Power Centre, IIANM.

As for me, I'm planning to order from Slickwraps some time this month.

Kind of scared that the knife will leave scratches.

Haha. Exactly my thoughts as well. happy.gif

And even if they scratch the MacBook Pro, you probably will not be able to see it since they would have applied the skin over it.  rclxub.gif

I rather just have skins like DBrand or SlickWraps which do not require blades.

Btw, just FYI, the price of Skin Plus Malaysia for a full body skin on the MacBook Pro is a whopping RM488 based on the price list I saw at their booth last week.  icon_rolleyes.gif

the have quoted me rm188 for total body.

Most owner here is w TB?
How is the experience so far? 30% Useful and 70% gimmick?
Contemplating the 2 choices.
Was thinking rather spend the extra 1k for accessories instead.
*
you not just paying rm 1k for the tb only.

i would opt for non tb but due to different of cpu speed and most importantly, no of usb c, i vote for tb.

i think can survive.

depending on what kind of situation u drop it. if the macbook lid is closed during the drop. i think no problem to survive.
*
the plastic is superb when protecting from macbook pro from scratch. but I think it is too thin to protect from fall even if the lid is closed

My custom 2017 Macbook pro 13" TB, bought in 2017, started exhibiting keyboard issues late last year but I ignored it until recently when it was unbearable; multiple occasional double input keys (N C B D V) and stuck keys (F and left command).

Read rave reviews about the repair service at Avenue K KL and chose to take my laptop there even though there are closer AASPs near me.

Wed 2nd Oct (4pm)
Walk-in appointment and was told it would take 10 to 14 working days with bulk of the days spent waiting for the replacement parts ordered.
I inquired about the possibility of taking the laptop after diagnosis and bringing it back once the parts had arrived and to my surprise they entertained it.

Sat 5th Oct (12pm)
I was told they had ordered the replacement parts and I could pick up the laptop as requested. ETA 7 days for the parts to arrive.

Wed 9th Oct (7pm)
The parts had arrived and I should drop off the laptop at my earliest convenience; dropped it off the next day Thu 10th Oct (1pm)

Fri 11th Oct (8pm)
The laptop was ready for collection.
I passed by the next day and was pleasantly surprised that the laptop was as good as new. Not only had they changed the top assembly that includes the keyboard, battery, and USB ports but they had also replaced the bottom assembly and display too.

A++ service from them. rclxms.gif

Minor complaint...I have to order replacement dBrand skins tongue.gif
