just a bit overpriced if you ask me, latest razer blade is more worth for money if you dont need mac OS.

I just bought an USB C to multiport adapter. Once I put on that adapter then it will disconnect my wifi from MBP. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Finally bit the bullet and got my very own 2016 MacBook Pro.

My initial impressions after a day of usage, is just WoW!  😳

Build Quality is just impeccable. And this display is just awesome especially with the noticeably-improved contrast ratio over the previous generation of Retina displays of the previous MacBook Pro notebooks. And the Space Grey colour, Oh My God it is GORGEOUS!

And the speakers, holy crap, I think these are hands down the best notebook speakers ever, period! There's actually really good bass response!

The Touch Bar is just amazing. I could do great stuff like easily bold, underline, italicise, colour my text in Gmail and format text quickly via the Touch Bar in Microsoft Word. And being able to scrub through a YouTube video playing in full screen is just plain awesome too. Last but not least, I love the tap-and-slide function to adjust volume and brightness on the Touch Bar. It is kind of like a Mini-iOS touch screen. 👌🏻

The keyboard is a joy to type on and accuracy is just way better than the previous non-butterfly versions of the previous MacBook Pro notebooks. Sometimes I do find that the limited physical travel can be a bit fatiguing for long typing sessions, but then I'll just plug in my Razer Blackwidow Chroma mechanical keyboard for such usage.

Battery life is truly remarkable so far for me for light-to-average app usage. After updating to the latest macOS Sierra, typing a long email (for roughly 20 minutes) on the Gmail web interface in Safari only sipped the battery and the usage time remaining showed a staggering 9 hours+ remaining (constantly) via my monitoring app. My display was set to 30% brightness, and it is sufficient for dimly lit indoor conditions since the total overall brightness output has been increased a lot since the previous generation.

All in all, if you are wondering whether this laptop is worth the price, I would say a big YES if you are the type that appreciates bleeding edge state of the art technology. There's just something about the thin build, extreme light weight, and power in such an amazingly-put together and engineered package.

i already have all the adaptors since i own the macbook 12-inch early 2016 before yesterday.

just seriously cannot get used to the early 2015 rMBP 13-inch keyboard as i am so used to the butterfly switch keyboard already.
while i love the apple glowing logo, but the early 2015 rMBP 13-inch is indeed too heavy and bulky comparing especially i am coming from a 12-inch early 2016 macbook. plus spec wise, 2017 one indeed has a lot improvement comparing to the 2015 one, including processor, graphic card, ssd read/write speed etc.

now i just need to decide clearly the 2017 model i want to get.

anyone knows how to do print screen in touchbar MBP 13-inch?

The usual common which I have been using on my MB 12-inch does not work.
    Shift+Fn+F11: Print Screen
    Alt+Shift+Fn+F11: Print Active Window

The memory on the 2016 MacBook Pro without touch bar is marginally slower than the one with 1866MHz of LPDDR3 onboard memory versus 2133MHz, for the 2017 models they all use 2133MHz.

The SSD read/write speed is the same on all models. Slower read/write for whichever models in 2016 or 2017 no matter TB or nTB is due to the storage size. 2017 nTB base model 128gb has a slower read/write speed. But this is the characteristic for all ssd, nothing really model specific.

But I assume that no one is going for the 2017 nTB 128gb? Minimally should go for 256gb?

2017 nTB should be a much better choice, it is even faster than 2017 TB due to the higher turbo boost but maybe the nTB cannot sustain the turbo boost for long due to heat but TB one can sustain longer due to higher base clock rate.
